We recommend this personal first aid kit as one of 3 essentials pouches for your day pack. Add a few items from a more robust first aid kit and it's ready for the day pack. Add it to other first aid supplies for a complete first aid supply.

What We Like

Compact Molle Pouch - It's the perfect size pouch for EDC or day pack usage. I use it for packpacking as well.
Advanced Medical Supplies - The supplies in this kit are intended for field use. Military, police and other pros may carry it. It contains a tourniquet and pressure bandage which are rary in most kits.
Extra Space - We added additional day-carry supplies including medications, extra gauze, extra bandages and mosquito spray.
Perfect for the Day Pack or EDC - We recommend 3 essentials pouches: equipment, first aid, toiletries. We carry all 3 on common outings. The pouches are easily transferred to a go-bag.

Tips and Recommendations

Add supplies - Buy another kit with medication, bandages, and other supplies. Consider this first aid kit as Stage 1.
Get trained - Using a tourniquet is not for everyone. If you buy this kit, make sure you know how to use all of the supplies.
