Trail Purpose

Having clean water to stay hydrated during an outdoor setting is critical. We recommend storing  potable water on hand in an evacuation or mobile situation can be lifesaving. A 55 gallon water drum is a great way to keep drinkable water on hand. We require roughly 1 gallon per day per person for healthy hydration. 

This water pump is perfect for accessing the water in a 55 gallon drum. Its threaded attachment secures the pump. It's easy to use and has a long hose for distribution into other containers of any size.

Tips and Recommendations

• Keep the pump clean - keep both ends from contamination so your water source remains clean. We keep our pump in a plastic bag and only use it for occasional testing.
